Ordering
-Placing Your Order-
At this time, my site is not set up to take payments directly, so I have created an order form and invoicing system as a workaround. To order, please complete the order form on the shop page as directed.
Please be sure that your email is entered in correctly. Your invoice will be sent to the email you provide.
-Prices & Invoicing-
The prices listed on my website for each product do not include applicable taxes, nor any fees for shipping and handling. Those charges will be calculated and added to your invoice.
-Sales Tax-

-Shipping Costs & Costs for Other Delivery Methods-
You must indicate your preferred method on your order form.
Shipping
I will do everything I can to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Your invoice will include the accurate cost for shipping calculated based on your order's specs. Once the item is sent you will be provided with tracking information.
Delivery / Pick-Up
Local delivery and/or pick-up is available for those who live in the Kalamazoo/Galesburg/Battle Creek areas ONLY.
*Door Drop-Off Delivery (Cost: $10/order)
If your order qualifies for door drop-off, I will send you a confirmation via your invoice. I will also provide you with a delivery window so you know when to expect your items. Once delivered, I will send you a photograph of the item at your door. *Delivery requests are subject to my review and approval. If delivery is not able to be approved, you will be notified via the invoice and responsible for shipping costs.
Pick-Up (No additional cost)
If you'd like to pick your order up from me directly, there is no additional cost, but pick-up times are subject to my availability.
Failure to pick up your order will not merit a refund.
-Payment-
By placing an order through my site, you are acknowledging your responsibility to pay all amounts invoiced to you in accordance with your order specifics and with our company policies.
We accept payment via Venmo, Cashapp and Paypal. Instructions for payment will be included on your invoice.
Failure to pay your invoice will result in additional fees. Invoices that remain unpaid will be charged a $10 product holding fee every 7 calendar days. Invoices that remain unpaid after 14 days will lose their hold, and may see delays to their product delivery. Orders with invoices that remain unpaid after 21 days will be cancelled and sent into collections.
-Receiving Your Products-
Your order will be processed for delivery upon successful receipt of payment.
Orders that are invoiced, but not paid for will NOT be shipped, delivered, nor available for pick-up until after payment is received.
Refunds
Please be aware that all sales are final. By completing your order form, you agree to the following terms:
Final Sale: All items purchased from our store are final and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, all products, digital downloads, and services. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases unless required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. These requests must be sent via email to: cadencejoan@gmail.com. You will be asked to provide your order information, a brief description of the damage or defect, and photos of the item. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to review the product details, sizes, and specifications before completing a purchase. Please make sure the item meets your needs before purchasing. Customers are responsible for the products they've ordered and for any/all amounts that are accurately invoiced to them based upon their orders.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, it is processed and confirmed via invoice. The purchaser is responsible for the invoiced amount. Orders that have been placed and invoiced may not be cancelled or changed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Time is valuable. We value yours, and we value ours.
We work hard to prepare for our clients in order to provide high quality and valuable service. Please read through our Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy in detail before scheduling your meeting.
By working with us, you understand the following information and agree to the Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy as defined.
-Rescheduling-
You may request to reschedule your meeting one time without penalty so long as your request is submitted more than 48 hours before your scheduled meeting.
Any requests to reschedule that are submitted with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Any subsequent requests to reschedule after the first time are subject to $25 rescheduling fee regardless of notice given.
You may not reschedule your meeting more than 3 times. Should you be unavailable for the third meeting, you will need to cancel outright.
-Cancellation-
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for meetings that are cancelled outright with less than 48 hours notice.
-Extenuating Circumstances-
If you have extenuating circumstances that merit a waiver of some or all policy fees, please email cjoan@growthinmeasures.com explaining your situation. We will review your case and do our best to accommodate your needs; however, we do not guarantee exceptions for any reason.
